Carol A. (nee DiSalvo) Skolds, 78, of Clifton, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021. Born and raised in The Bronx, New York, Mrs. Skolds has resided in Clifton for the last 11 years. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church in Clifton where she was a member of the Rosary Society.
She was predeceased by her husband, Karl Skolds in 1996 and one brother, Richard DiSalvo.
Survivors include: two devoted daughters, Heather Skolds and Jennifer Skolds, both of Clifton; one sister, Barbara Cole of Annville, PA; one brother, Arthur DiSalvo of Tucson, AZ; and her nieces and nephew.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church, 797 Valley Road, Clifton, NJ. Please meet at church. Facemasks required at the funeral home, church and cemetery. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, New York.
