Giuseppe Esposito

Giuseppe Esposito, 48, of Clifton passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Sunday May 8th, 2022.

            Born in Passaic, Joe was raised in Paterson and had been a resident of Clifton for nearly sixteen years. He was a self-employed contractor operating Esposito & Sons Construction LLC based in Clifton. Joe was a former parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle RC Church in Clifton where he was also active as a Scout Master of Cub Scout of Pack #21, Scout Leader of Boy Scout Troop #21, and a very proud soccer dad of his boys. Above all, everything he did in his life came from the deep love for his boys.

            Joe was predeceased by his dearly missed father, Domenico Esposito, who passed away on December 26, 1997.

            He is survived by his beloved wife, Lucia (nee Soares) Esposito, of Clifton; his three loved sons who he was so proud to be the dad of: Domenico, Giovanni and Luca Esposito, all of Clifton; his loved mother, Aurora (nee Berni) Esposito of Pompton Lakes; and five cherished sisters: Frances Finck and her husband, Joseph, of Butler, Nora Esposito and her husband, Adi Oxha, of Paterson and Katherine Esposito of Hackensack, Roberta Esposito of Pompton Lakes, Lucy O’Loughlin and her husband, Samuel, also of Pompton Lakes, Joe is also survived by his treasured nephews Dominick, Adim, Kevin, Neim, Corie, Timothy as well as loving extended family and many treasured friends.

            Visiting will be Wednesday May 11th from 3-8pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral Thursday 10:30am from the funeral home and 11:30am at St. Philip the Apostle RC Church, 797 Valley Road, Clifton. Procession to follow to East Ridgelawn Cemetery for Committal Service followed by cremation.
