Helen Kalinick

Helen (nee Oleyar) Kalinick, 91, of Cedar Grove, passed away on Feb. 18, 2020. Born in Passaic, Mrs. Kalinick resided in Garfield before moving to Cedar Grove 50 years ago.  Before retirement, she was employed with Continental Can Co. of Paterson. She was a long-time parishioner of Ss. Peter & Paul R.O. Cathedral in Passaic.

            She was predeceased by her husband, Michael Kalinick; her siblings, Alice Buschner, Mary Glita, John Oleyar and Michael Oleyar.

            Survivors include: her niece, Cathy Nalesnick and her husband Greg; her Godson and nephew, John Nuschner and nephew, Glen Oleyar; and two great-nephews, Robert Nalesnik and Dr. Gregory Nalesnik.

            Visiting will be held Friday morning from 9:30 am to 10:00 am followed by a 10:00 am Service at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment to follow at Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Saddle Brook.
