Olga (Potonec) Lasky

Olga (nee Potonec) Lasky, of Passaic, formerly of Clifton, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020. Born in Passaic, Mrs. Lasky resided in Clifton for 55 years before returning to Passaic in 2017. Mrs. Lasky was a former parishioner of St. John Russian Orthodox Church in Passaic.

            She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Lasky in 1993; one son, Richard J. Lasky in 2011; her parents, Nicholas and Barbara Potonec; one brother, Michael Potomic; and three sisters, Dorothy, Anna and Marie.

            Survivors include:  two sons, Thomas Lasky and his wife, Mary of Clifton, NJ and David Lasky and his wife, Melodee of Clinton, NJ; one brother, Joseph Potomic; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

            Private burial services were held at East Ridgelawn Cemetery in Clifton. Arrangements are by Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.bizubquinlan.com.
