Olinda Aurora Cintron Romero, 99, of Clifton passed away peacefully on October 13, 2021.
Born and raised in Bani, Dominican Republic, Olinda came to the United States in 1968, settling and living in Passaic before moving to Clifton twenty-one years ago. Prior to retirement she had been a self-employed seamstress for many years. She was an avid baker and had enjoyed travelling to many destinations in her retirement.
Olinda was predeceased by her dearly missed husband, Juan Tejeda.
She is survived by her six loved and devoted sons: Victor Tejeda of San Diego, CA, José Miguel Tejeda of Dominican Republic, Freddy Tejeda of Tampa, FL, Luis Tejeda of Clifton, Rafael Tejeda of Virginia and Cesar Tejeda of Clifton; four dear siblings: Danilo Cintron, Aracelis Cintron, Ana Maria Cintron and Vannina Cintron, all of the Dominican Republic; twenty-one loving grandchildren; many cherished great-grandchildren and many treasured nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be Monday from 4-8pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral Tuesday 9:15am from the funeral home and 10:00am at St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, 101-103 Myrtle Avenue @ Oak Street, Passaic. Cremation to follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
