Yolanda (Iavarone) Sottosanti

Mrs. Yolanda (nee Iavarone) Sottosanti, 93, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022. Born in New York City, Mrs. Sottosanti resided in Clifton for many years. She was a graduate of Clifton High School Class of 1948. She had worked at Bat Ditmars, Beecham Foods and Electro Refinishing in Clifton. Before her retirement, she worked for over 25 years with Manpower Temporary Services.

            She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Vincent Sottosanti in 2021; her parents, Gregory and Sadie (nee Calli) Iavarone; and four siblings, Jessie Pilisz, Anthony Iavarone, Alexander Iavarone and Virginia Carafa.

            Survivors include: her son, James Sottosanti; her brother, Dennis Iavarone and his wife, Virginia and several nieces and nephews.

            Visitation will be held Thursday afternoon from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral services will be held Friday morning 10:30 am at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton followed by the interment at Crest Haven Memorial Park, Clifton.
