Adrienne M. (nee Wisse) Reonieri, a beacon of faith and love, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2025, at the age of 95 in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. Born on April 10, 1930, in Passaic, New Jersey, Mrs. Reonieri's life was a testament to her unwavering love for her family and devotion to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
A graduate of Clifton High School, Mrs. Reonieri worked as a secretary at several local businesses over many years, including Hoffman-LaRoche in Nutley. However, her most rewarding secretarial job was the 20 years she worked at Associated Pile in Clifton, before retiring. Her time at Associated Pile blossomed into lifelong friendships with many of her co-workers.
A devout Christian, Adrienne was an active member of the Brookdale Christian Church in Bloomfield. Her love for The Lord was profound, and she found great joy in studying The Bible. She and her son Dean spent the last three-plus years comparing notes and lessons, as they diligently studied the "Thru the Bible" book series by Dr. J. Vernon McGee. They also jointly studied the “Tagliches Manna” (Daily Bread) devotional, published by the Amish/Old Order Mennonite community in Michigan. Adrienne's musical talents graced many churches in the area, as she played the piano and organ, bringing the gift of music to countless congregants.
Mrs. Reonieri was predeceased by her cherished husband, Dino J. Reonieri, and her siblings, Anna Witte, William Wisse, and Clarence Wisse. She leaves behind a legacy of love and faith through her family: her son Dean C. Reonieri, Sr. and his wife Debra, of Denver, PA; her grandson Dean C. Reonieri, Jr. and his wife Amy of Flanders; her granddaughter Danielle Quinlan and her husband Patrick of Lincoln Park; her grandson Donald Reonieri and his wife Dana of Landing; her former daughter-in-law Denise Reonieri; and her great-grandchildren: Ryan, Logan and Dylan Reonieri, Brynlee Quinlan and Aubrey and Owen Reonieri.
Those who knew Adrienne will remember her as a loving and faith-filled woman, whose spirited nature and kindness touched the lives of all around her. Her guidance and wisdom were the cornerstones of her family, and her legacy will continue to live on through the generations.
As we bid farewell to Mrs. Reonieri, we celebrate her life and the countless blessings she brought to all who were fortunate to have known her. While Adrienne's journey on earth may have concluded, we are assured this is her Homecoming to be with Her Lord and Savior.
