Angel M. Tenorio, 70, of Passaic, passed away Friday, September 10, 2021. Born in the Philippines, Mr. Tenorio came to the United States on November 27, 1982 and settled in Passaic. He had been employed for many years as a machinist with Apex Saw and Tool Co. in Lyndhurst.
Mr. Tenorio was a faithful parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church in Passaic and enjoyed bowling with his friends in the Fil-Am League at Lodi Lanes. He was a very generous individual and helped others in any way he could especially his family in the Philippines. Mr. Tenorio was known to his family and friends as a “healer” of physical ailments through massage and his positive energy.
He was predeceased by his parents, Juan and Luisa (nee Maranan) Tenorio and three siblings, Crispina Tenorio Andrin, Macario Tenorio and Eduardo Tenorio.
Survivors include: his devoted wife, Amelita (nee Villalobos); three loving sons, Jon Angelo Tenorio and his wife, Aileen of Passaic, Michael Angelo Tenorio and his wife, Millicent of Passaic and Jason Anthony Tenorio and his wife, Hayatt Joy of Las Vegas, NV; two adored grandchildren, Yzabella Joleen Tenorio and Harper Joy Tenorio; and his siblings, Lorenzo Tenorio, Napoleon Tenorio, Catalina Tenorio Adona, Teresita Tenorio Cambaliza and Perla Tenorio Arena, all of the Philippines.
Visitation will be Monday and Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral services are Wednesday 9:00 am from the funeral home followed by a 10:00 am Mass at St. Anthony Church, 101 Myrtle Ave. @ Oak St., Passaic.
