Arturo A. Eijansantos, 66, of Hackensack, passed away peacefully on March 10, 2024.

Born in Zamboanga City Philippines, Art was raised in Bolong, Zamboanga, Philippines. Art graduated Western Mindanao State University Zamboanga City, in 1980, with his BSN in Nursing. After working as a Nurse in the Philippines, Art moved to Jeddah Saudia Arabia and worked from 1982 to 1988. Art then moved to New Jersey and began his career at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson retiring in 2023. He was celebrated in June of 2023 with a memorable retirement party. Art loved life. He especially enjoyed his time with family, friends, and co-workers teaching them that “life’s a banquet.” Art will be greatly missed by all who had the honor and pleasure to have known him.

Art is survived by a sister Tita Suan of Bolong, Zamboanga, Philippines; his niece Michel Salazar and family also Bolong, Zamboanga, Philippines; his friends Juven and Arline Patriarca and their family, Clifton NJ; his companion Louis Romansky, Hackensack NJ and by several Godchildren, countless other friends and co-workers,

Visiting will be Wednesday March 13th from 5-9pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral Thursday 10:00am at St. Agnes RC Church, 681 Main Street, Paterson. Please meet at church.
