Carmen E. Soto

On Friday, March 20, 2020, Carmen E. Soto, loving sister, mother, grandmother and aunt, passed away at age 81.

Carmen, who was lovingly called ‘Emy’, was born on September 22, 1938 in Manila, Philippines to Jesus and Eleuteria (Santos) Eustaquio. She was a school teacher and principal by profession. She was involved in childcare development until she retired. She married David Soto, Jr. (late) on March 28, 1986.

She is survived by her 3 children (on first marriage), Albert, Arthur and Alex. She is a grandmother to Francis, Patrick and Shian Mae. She is one of 8 siblings, Rosie, Ester (late), Sioning, Ely, Lydia, Cesar and Gary. She is an aunt to several nieces and nephews.

A private viewing will be held for the immediate family.

In accordance with Executive Order #107 issued by New Jersey Governor Murphy and CDC recommendations, we are limiting gatherings at the funeral home to 10 people or less. These people are to include: Spouse, Children and their spouses; Grandchildren and their spouses and Siblings to allow for a private family visitation. Six feet social distancing rules will apply.
