Celina DeGraaf

Celina (nee Re) DeGraaf, 90, of Clifton, passed away on July 18, 2021. Born in Passaic, Mrs. DeGraaf lived in Clifton for most of her life. Before her retirement, Mrs. DeGraaf was employed as a bookkeeper with Felsway Shoe Co. (Shoe Town) in Totowa. Previous employment was with Book Warehouse in Totowa.

            Mrs. DeGraaf was a faithful parishioner of St. Paul R.C. Church in Clifton where she was a member of the Rosary Society and the Leisure Time Friends.

            She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John DeGraaf, Sr. in 2013 and her brother, Frank Re.  

            Survivors include: her children, John DeGraaf, Jr. and his wife, Maria and Eileen Daggett and her husband Richard; her twin sister, Rosemarie Waller; four grandchildren, Christopher Daggett, Melissa Daggett, John N. DeGraaf and Alec DeGraaf; and three great-grandchildren, Reagan Grabill, Cooper Daggett and Lucy Daggett.

            Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral services will be held Thursday 9:15 am from the funeral home followed by a 10:00 am Mass at St. Paul R.C. Church, 124 Union Ave., Clifton, NJ 07011.
