Chris Breslin

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Chris Breslin, 45, a lifelong resident of Clifton, NJ. Chris was a 1996 graduate of Seton Hall Prep. He went on to study at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Growing up Chris enjoyed playing sports, especially soccer.

Chris had a well-known love of New York sports teams, specifically the Mets, the Rangers, the Knicks, and, of course, the Giants.

Chris was a friend to all animals, big and small. Throughout most of his life, he had a pet, usually a dog, a cat, or a betta fish. He was always the first to offer to dog sit or cat sit. He even loved the wildlife that would visit his backyard, including ducks, foxes, and deer.

His family meant the world to him, and he treasured his long-standing friendships.

Chris was preceded in death by his parents, David and Alice (née Zasadinski) Breslin. He is survived by his sister, Stephanie Alblas (née Breslin), her husband Arno, and their children, Amelia, Nick, and Owen. He is also survived by his cousin Matt Zasadinski, his wife Annie, and their children, Hannah and Alex.

Chris will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him.
