Daniel Gomez, 39, of Elmwood Park passed away peacefully in the early morning of Friday May 29th, 2026.

            Born in Ridgewood, Danny was raised in Elmwood Park where he then lived for most of his life. He was a kind, helpful person…a man who took great pride in stepping up to volunteer his help to others in whatever need they may have had. Danny also loved to laugh, especially citing inside jokes with his friends and family to draw them into the laughter and it was those very people who all meant the world to him.

            Danny is survived by his cherished son, Dillan Michael Gomez, of Florida; his loving and caring mother, Maylen (nee Vino) Cazzolli, of Elmwood Park; his devoted father, Luis Gomez, of Wellington, FL; his dear sister, Carolina Ference, of Paramus; and by his loving extended family and great circle of friends.

            Visitation will be held on Monday June 1st from 6:00pm-7:30pm with a funeral service to then follow at 7:30pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Private cremation to follow.
