Daniela M. Ghafour

Daniela M. Ghafour, 31, passed away on Sunday March 16th, 2025 leaving this world much too early.

​Born in Passaic, Daniela was raised in Clifton, attending Clifton Public Schools while growing up, and more recently had been living in Passaic. Since the age of sixteen she had been employed at many Dunkin’ Donut locations throughout the area affectionately earning the nickname “Dunkin’ Donuts Queen”. She had an undying love for all animals, even once catching a wild baby rabbit to raise as a pet much to her mother’s disbelief when given permission as her mom thought there was no chance it would ever happen given a rabbit’s speed however Daniela’s desire was even faster. This love for animals led to Daniela volunteering at Friends of the Shelter in Clifton as a teenager. A kind soul to her many friends and family members, she will be deeply missed by them all.

​Daniela was predeceased by her loving grandmother, Carol Ann Eleanore Mele, who passed away on January 9, 2025.

​She is survived by her devoted mother Rosemarie Mele, Andrea Cedeno and Daniela’s daughter, Isabella G. Barr of Clifton; by her dear brother, Peter Bodor and his wife, Rachel, of Bloomfield and their three daughters: Carley, Raelyn and Lorelei; and by her loving uncle Jude Mele and his wife Catherine Galdun.

​Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday March 29thfrom 2-6pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton.
