Dorothy (Demnois) Kwasnik

Dorothy (nee Demnois) Kwasnik, 100, of Valencia, CA passed away on March 19, 2025. Born in Garfield she lived most of her life in Elmwood Park before moving to Toms River in 2003. More recently she has been residing with her daughter in Valencia, CA. Dorothy was employed at Shulton Corp., Clifton before her retirement. She was a long-time member of Three Saints R.O. Church, Garfield.

She is predeceased by her husband, Edward Michael Kwasnik; by her sister, Ruth Camlet; and by her son-in-law Theodore Okarma.  

She is survived by her son, Richard Edward Kwasnik; her daughter, Doreen Okarma; her two granddaughters, Valerie Kobilka and her husband, Jason and Natalie Guirguis and her husband, George; and three great-grandchildren, Sadie Rose Kobilka, Ethan and Owen Guirguis.
