Eleanor (nee Karkosky) Ferranti, 88, of Myrtle Beach, SC, formerly of Clifton, passed away peacefully on Saturday May 6th, 2023 at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach.
Born and raised in Wallington, Mrs. Ferranti lived in Clifton for forty years before moving to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Prior to retirement, she had been employed as a factory worker with Supreme Gasket, formerly located in Passaic. She was a faithful parishioner of Transfiguration of Our Lord PNCC in Wallington.
Mrs. Ferranti was predeceased by her loved and deeply missed husband, Jack Ferranti, who passed away December 12, 1994 and by four dear siblings: Henry, Alfred and Evelyn Karkosky and Adeline Zavatsky.
She is survived by her loving and devoted son, James Ferranti and his wife, Patricia, of Myrtle Beach, SC; two cherished grandchildren: Michael and Jackilyn Ferranti; her three treasured great-grandsons: Harrison, Christian and James Ferranti; by her dear sister, Alice Swan of North Carolina and her loved niece, Ruth Sarnowski of Ocala, FL.
Funeral Saturday 9:30am at Transfiguration of Our Lord Catholic Polish National Catholic Church, 135 Hathaway Street, Wallington. Please meet at church.
