It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Harry Carline, a beloved father, devoted husband, cherished grandfather, and esteemed school administrator. Harry departed this world peacefully on November 7, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and countless cherished memories.
Harry adored his wife, Pat, with whom he shared 51 wonderful years of marriage. He was a devoted family man, leaving behind his brother Alan and Alan's wife, Anne. He is survived by his two loving sons, Gregg and Brian, along with their respective spouses, Nicole and Lauren. Harry also held the proud title of a grandfather, blessing him with five cherished grandchildren: Colton, Gavin, Cassidy, Christopher, and Griffin. Every moment spent with them brought him immense joy, and he took great pride in witnessing their growth.
A true lover of nature, Harry found peace and joy in the great outdoors. Whether it was camping beneath the sky, feeling the soothing waves at the beach, vacationing, or conquering the mountains, he celebrated in the beauty of our world. His hands were talented at crafting and building, a talent he generously shared with those around him.
In his professional life, Harry's impact extended far beyond the walls of the school he served. As a dedicated school administrator, he touched the lives of countless students, leaving a permanent mark of inspiration and guidance.
Harry's memory will forever be treasured by those fortunate enough to have known him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and an unwavering commitment to family.
His soul has found external peace, and let his memory continue to inspire us all.
A celebration of Harry’s life will be held Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 10, 2023 at 10:45 am from the funeral home followed by an 11:30 am Mass at St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church, 797 Valley Road, Clifton.
