James T. Bradley, 63, of Toms River, passed away at home on Sunday, November 26, 2023 with his loving family by his side. Born and raised in Paterson, he also resided in Clifton for many years before moving to Toms River 14 years ago. Before his retirement, Jimmy served as a fireman with the Paterson Fire Department for 25 years. He was a member of the Paterson Firefighters Association PFA Local #2 and the Carpenters Union Local #124.
Jimmy was predeceased by his father, Robert L. Bradley and one niece, Meghan Bradley.
Survivors include: his devoted wife, Karen (nee Varhola) Bradley; his three beloved sons, James, Sean and Thomas Bradley; his mother, Eleanor (nee Wilson) Bradley; his loving siblings, Robert Bradley and his wife, Ileen, Patricia Pesoli and her husband, Louis, Janet Bradley and Joseph Bradley and his wife, Lisa; his dear nieces and nephews, Christopher Pesoli and his wife, Erica, Alyssa Pesoli, Michele McElhinney, Matthew McElhinney, Joseph Bradley and Emily Bradley; and his great-niece, Emilia Pesoli.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 1, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Private funeral services will be held on Saturday for the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Jersey Firemen’s Home, 565 Lathrop Avenue, Boonton, New Jersey 07005 ( www.njfh.org ).
