Jeffrey Misajet, 69, of Clifton passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 29th, 2023.
Born in Passaic, Jeff was raised in Clifton and was a lifelong resident of Clifton. He was a graduate of Clifton High School and then went on to trade school. He followed in his father’s footsteps to become an electrician and was self-employed operating as Jeff Misajet Electric. Jeff also shared his father’s knowledge with his own son Sean, whom worked along side of him for many years. He was a member of the Order of the Alhambra Aurora Caravan #55, the Knights of Columbus Regina Mundi 3969 and his favorite, the Italian-American Club in Botany Village. Jeff enjoyed fishing, watching baseball and game shows on television. He also enjoyed collecting coins and gardening. Jeff was a devoted animal lover, and loved and adored his dog and cat.
He was predeceased by his his loved and deeply missed parents, Benjamin and Gloria (nee Kravath) Misajet.
Jeff is survived by his loved and caring wife, Rose (nee Dzierzawiec) Misajet, of Clifton; his two loving and devoted children: Sean and Claire Misajet, both also of Clifton; and by his two dear sisters: Kimberley Dante of Hillsborough, NJ and Karen Zange of Kintnersville, PA.
Memorial visiting will be held at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton on Saturday December 9th from 1:00-4:30pm with a Memorial Service to follow at 4:30pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the ASPCA) American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals at www.aspca.org.
