John Joseph Kobylarz

John Joseph Kobylarz, 86, of Passaic passed away suddenly on June 21, 2022.

            Born and raised in Passaic, Mr. Kobylarz was a lifelong resident. Prior to retirement, he had been a self-employed auto mechanic for many years.

            Mr. Kobylarz was called to rest by Our Lord on his 61st wedding anniversary to the beloved mother of his children, Barbara Kobylarz, who passed on May 8, 2012 as well as by six dear siblings: Walter, Frederick and Joseph Kobylarz, Mary Sudol, Angela Steinbinder and Julia Sondej.

            He is survived by his four loving and devoted daughters: Karin Georgianna Kobylarz of Randolph, Janet Kobylarz-DeLeon and her husband, Roger DeLeon, of South Carolina, Andrea Kobylarz of Passaic and Catherine Christ and her husband, R. Christopher Christ, of Little Falls; a dear sister, Sophie Mushinsky, of Massachusetts; ten loved grandchildren: Sean, Kristine, Jessica, Roger, Katharine, Daniel, Danielle, Robert, Caleigh and Julia; and five cherished great-grandchildren: Johnathan, Michael, Christopher, Draco and Layla. He is also survived by his devoted companion and dance-partner of ten years, Renee, his buddy Paul and his loved fur-baby cat, “Five”.

            Visiting will be Tuesday morning from 10:00-10:45am with a funeral service to then immediately follow at 10:45am at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Interment St. Michael’s Cemetery, South Hackensack.
