Joyce D. (nee Resch) Comperatore, 92, of Clifton, passed away January 18, 2022. Born in Passaic, Mrs. Comperatore was raised in Garfield by her loving parents Anna and Stephen Resch. She graduated Garfield High School in 1946 and then attended Berkley Secretarial School in West Orange. She married on November 18, 1950 to Vincent B. Comperatore and soon after moved to Clifton in 1956 where she raised her 4 children. Before her retirement, she was employed as an executive secretary with American Cyanamid Co. in New York City, NY. Mrs. Comperatore was a longtime parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church in Clifton.

Survivors include: her husband, Vincent B. Comperatore; her four children, Victoria Baker, Jody Saltamachia (Joseph), Craig Comperatore (Judi) and Vincent S. Comperatore (Lisa); seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
