Marguerite M. "Marge" Lehmkuhl

Marguerite M. “Marge” Lehmkuhl, 91, of Clifton passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 16, 2024.

            Born in Passaic, Marge was proud lifelong resident of Clifton. Prior to retirement, she had been employed as a grammar school and middle school teacher with the Bloomfield Board of Education for her entire career. She had been a faithful parishioner of St. Paul RC Church in Clifton, was a member of the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) and in her younger years, enjoyed coaching youth basketball.

            Marge was predeceased by her loved and missed parents, Harold and Lucy (nee Salerno) Lehmkuhl; by her three dear siblings: Lucille Lehmkuhl, Helen Klingler and Harold Lehmkuhl; and by two dearly missed nephews: Robert Klingler and Edward Klingler, Jr.

            She is survived by her loving and devoted nieces and nephews: Rose Klingler, Michael Klingler and his wife Leslie, Thomas Klingler and his partner Joe Greenhall, Joanne (Klingler) Bennett and her husband Dean, Richard Lehmkuhl and his wife Lisa and Marie Zeller and her husband Jon; as well as by several great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.

            Visiting will be Sunday from 2:00-6:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral Monday 10:30am  at the funeral home with interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (www.stjude.org), 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be preferred and appreciated.
