Olga (nee Merino) Silva, 85, of Clifton, passed away August 2, 2021.  Born in Chiclayo, Peru, Mrs. Silva came to the United States in 1996 and settled in Clifton. She was faithful woman who put her trust in God. Mrs. Silva was a talented seamstress and known to be a great cook. She loved spending time with her family especially when she babysat her grandchildren.

            Mrs. Silva was predeceased by one son, Armando Silva; and her brothers and sisters.

            Survivors include: her husband, Guillermo Silva; her children, Cecilia Silva, Elicia Orrillo, Susana Silva, Mauricia Rivera, Mirtha Silva, Karin Silva and Daniel Silva; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

            Visitation will be held Thursday from 2:00 to 6:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. The funeral service to be held at 4:00 pm.  Please visit the Tribute Wall of this obituary at www.bizubquinlan.com to leave condolences to the family.
