Patricia J. Canavan-Petrowski

Patricia J. Canavan-Petrowski, 63, of Wayne, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2023. Born in Teaneck, Patricia was raised in Emerson and had resided in Wayne for over 30 years. She was employed as a Senior Accounting Manager with Stryker Corporation in Mahwah for the last seven years. Patricia was a member of the Emergence Church in Totowa.

Patricia loved spending time with family and friends hosting pool parties and barbeques, game nights, and shopping. She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities. Her pleasant personality was contagious to everyone she met.

Patricia was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Cira (nee Zizzo) Canavan.

Survivors include: her devoted husband, Thomas S. Petrowski; her beloved son, Michael T. Petrowski and his wife, Jessica (nee Schama); four brothers, Robert Canavan and his wife, Julia-Bryan, Joseph Canavan and his wife, Rosemary, Andrew Canavan and Fred Canavan; and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 31, 2023 at 11:00 am at the funeral home followed by burial at Laurel Grove Memorial Park in Totowa.
