Raynissa Marie Di Pietro Soriano passed away peacefully with loved ones by her side on June 18th, 2021 at St Joseph’s Medical Center in Paterson New Jersey after a two-month battle with a severe illness. Raynissa was born on February 22, 1978 to the late Anna Marie Theresa Di Pietro Rivera and Ramon Rivera. Raynissa was born in the village of Ridgewood but was raised and lived most of her life in the Passaic, Clifton area.
In 1999 she became a mother to Victoria Marie Soriano and her life from then on was always about her ”LIL” as she would nickname her baby girl. She worked at various jobs and in 2004 she began to work at The Center for Family resources in Wayne NJ. Her job took her to many locations in the area which include, Clifton, Passaic, Wayne, and Pompton Lakes to name a few. She loved children and families. She loved helping them in anyway she could by informing parents about resources they can use to support families. She was adored and loved by so many.
While working and raising her daughter she went to school at Passaic County Community College and received her Associates degree in 2010 in Social Sciences. Additionally, she kept going and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in 2017 in Social Sciences as well. It took her some time to complete but she wanted to be an inspiration to her daughter that you can always complete your goals in life. And this was one of her life goals.
Raynissa had a love for all her family including Uncle Eddie, Aunt Diane, Uncle Greg and Aunt Jane and Grandma Gloria. She always spoke highly of them remembering all the good times she had growing up and all the places she visited and experiences she had.
In 2007 she met her future husband, Fabian Soriano. They shared a love and affection that only grew with time. In 2012 he asked her to marry him and she said what took you so long. They finally married in 2017 in a small intimate ceremony among their closest family and friends.
Raynissa was beloved by so many people. She helped so many along the way and will be forever missed and never forgotten.
