Richard Koster Obituary
Richard G. Koster, 89, of Saddle Brook, NJ passed away on January 4, 2022. Born in Passaic, he was raised in Wallington and resided in Saddle Brook for over sixty-five years.
Prior to retiring in 1985, he had been employed as a Switchman with NJ Bell, Passaic for thirty-one years.
Richard was a United States Navy Veteran during the Korean War serving on the USS Coral Sea in the Mediterranean. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and skeet shooting.
He was predeceased by his parents, George and Mary (nee Yaschur) Koster.
He is survived by several cousins.
Graveside services 2:00 pm Thursday at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Arrangements are by Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton.
