Robert Kormos Obituary

Robert J Kormos, 77, of Garfield, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.

A US Air Force Veteran, Robert served during the Vietnam War. He had several varied careers during his life and started several successful businesses, retiring from the latest, Bob's Flower Shoppe in Mahwah NJ. He was a member of the Garfield Volunteer Ambulance Corps and served as its President for several years. He was a lifelong Corvette enthusiast and an avid racing fan.

Robert was the beloved husband of 54 years of Margaret Kormos and loving father of Cheryl Campis and her husband Adrian Campis, and Robert Kormos and his wife Tulane Kormos. He was predeceased by both Robert and Tulane. He was the dear brother-in-law of Norbert and Inge Hoell, loving uncle of Caroline Kistler and Arlene Bell and dear friend of Michael and Andrea Rusnack and Michelle Neilley.

A private funeral celebrating Robert's life will be held in Florida.
