Ronald F. Molnar

Ronald F. Molnar, 79, of Clifton, passed away Feb. 21, 2022.  Born in Passaic, Ronald resided in Clifton for most of his life. Before retirement, he was employed as a Probation Officer with Passaic County in Paterson for 25 years. Previous employment was with Bayer Pharmaceutical in Haledon.

            Ronald was a proud veteran of the United States Army having served active duty honorably from 1961 to 1963 and then with the reserves until 1967. He was a member of American Legion Post #8 of Clifton. Ronald was an avid freshwater fisherman who practiced catch and release.

            He was predeceased by his parents, Stephen and Harriet Lemberg and wife, Helene (nee Sharer) Molnar.

            Survivors include: his brother, Gary B. Molnar and his wife, Dorothy; three nieces, Laura Molnar, Jennifer Miller (Christopher) their daughters, Elizabeth and Victoria Miller and Rebecca Molnar (Zachary Kaplowitz) and their daughter, Hannah Kaplowitz; his former wife, Maryann Molner; stepdaughter, Dawn Duff and her daughter, Gianna Dandino; and his late wife, Helene’s family Tracy Buddin and Lisa Kaufman and family.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Military Honors will be rendered at 3:00 to conclude the visitation. Cremation will be private.
