Ruthann Anderson

Ruthann Anderson, 78, of Wayne, formerly of Clifton and Paterson, passed away peacefully with her devoted brother at her bedside, on Thursday September 14, 2023.

Born and raised in Paterson, Ruthann lived in Clifton for over twenty years before moving to Wayne in 2011. She loved watching soap operas and adored her cats and was known to be an easy-going and very good-natured woman who wanted nothing less than to bring happiness to others.

Ruthann was predeceased by her loved and missed parents: John G. and Mary (nee Carlough) Anderson as well as by her nephew, John J. Anderson, Jr.

She is survived by her loving and devoted brother, John J. Anderson and his wife, Francine, of Clifton and a dear cousin, James Carlough, of Hawthorne. She is also survived by her many loved nieces and nephews.

Visiting will be Sunday September 17th from 2-5pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Graveside Services Monday 11:00am at Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery, 22-21 Maple Avenue, Fair Lawn. Please meet at cemetery.
