Stacey Leigh Velez-Robertson

Stacey Leigh Velez-Robertson, 48, of Pearl River, NY, formerly of Clifton, passed away on Tuesday April 26, 2022 after a lengthy illness.

            Born in Passaic, Stacey was raised in Clifton, graduated from Clifton High School and had lived in Pearl River for the past 13 years. Early employment had been as a Risk Management Coordinator with The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, better known as A&P Supermarket, for a number of years and more recently she had been employed as a clerk with Allen Opticians in Pearl River. She had a great affection and love for all animals, especially rescues.

            Stacey is survived by her beloved husband, Wayne Robertson, of Pearl River, NY; by her loving and devoted parents, José and Vicki (nee Welma) Velez, of Clifton; Her Mother and Father-in-law Wayne and Margaret Robertson. Her dear brother and sister-in-law, José and Kelly Velez, their children and cherished niece and nephew Hanna and Connor, of North Arlington; brothers-in-law’s Greg, Brendan, his wife Gracie and their children Rosalie and Ryan of Pearl River, NY, and sister-in-law Colleen and her husband Mark of Tappan NY.; loved Godparents Nilza and (Unc) Felix Velez. Along with her Aunt Myrta Diaz, other aunts, uncles, many cousins, friends and fur babies Gus and Jerry.

            Visiting will be Sunday from 2-6pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral Monday 9:15am from the funeral home and 10:00am at St. Nicholas RC Church, 153 Washington Place, Passaic. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Saddle Brook.
