Vincent Sottosanti

Vincent Sottosanti, 92, of Clifton passed away on January 12, 2021.

            Born and raised in Passaic, Mr. Sottosanti had lived in Clifton for over fifty years. Prior to retirement, he had been employed as a school teacher with the Newark Board of Education. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving stateside during the Korean War.

            Mr. Sottosanti was predeceased by his sisters and a younger brother.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Yolanda (nee Iavarone) of Clifton; his devoted son, James Dennis Sottosanti, also of Clifton; and a brother, Sal Sottosanti, of South Jersey.

            Visiting will be Monday from 3-7pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral Tuesday 10:30 am at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Crest Haven Memorial Park, Clifton. Face masks must be worn inside the funeral home and social distancing guidelines must be adhered to. Due to current restrictions on allowable numbers inside the funeral home at one time (50), it is requested that those attending the visitation be courteous by limiting their time inside in order to allow others the opportunity to pay their respects as well.
